Our Programs – Pathways to Emotional & Physical Wellness

YiewFit offers two core programs designed to meet you wherever you are on your wellness journey. Both programs share a common foundation – a blend of movement, nutrition, and emotional well-being – but each has a unique structure to suit different needs. Whether you’re seeking a complete mind-body reset with guided support, or a flexible self-guided plan to build healthy habits, we have you covered. In the sections below, you’ll find an in-depth look at our two flagship programs: RESET and FOUNDATIONS. We’ll break down what each program entails, who it’s ideal for, and the transformative benefits you can expect. Each description also includes calls to action so you know how to take the next step when you’re ready.

RESET – 12-Week Guided Emotional Body Reboot
What is RESET?

RESET is our premier 12-week program crafted for women ready to transform from the inside out. Think of RESET as a gentle but powerful “total reboot” for your lifestyle. Over three months, we guide you through gradual yet impactful changes in how you move, eat, and care for your emotional health. It’s not a bootcamp; it’s a supportive, step-by-step journey to help you break old habits and establish new, nurturing ones.

Key Components of RESET: (The program is comprehensive, covering multiple facets of wellness.)

  • Guided Walking & Movement: Every week, you’ll have a structured walking plan. We start with modest goals (like 15-20 minute walks) and progressively increase duration or intensity. Walking is a cornerstone because it’s accessible and tremendously beneficial – it can boost mood, improve sleep, and reduce symptoms of anxiety with just a few sessions a week. Many participants share that their daily walk becomes a cherished “me-time” for clearing the mind. In addition to walking, RESET introduces intuitive movement sessions. These are twice-weekly slots where you choose a movement activity you enjoy – it could be a dance workout, a swim, a yoga class, or one of our provided functional fitness routines. By giving you choice, we harness the power of enjoyment to keep you motivated. You’ll learn to listen to your body: push yourself on days you feel energized and opt for gentler movement on days you need recovery.

  • Whole Food Nutrition (not a diet): Nutrition in RESET is about adding nourishing foods, not about strict dieting or deprivation. Each week, we focus on a theme – for example, Week 2 might be “Greens & Vegetables,” Week 3 “Healthy Proteins,” etc. We provide meal suggestions, simple recipes, and tips for incorporating more whole foods (like swapping sugary snacks for fruits or adding leafy greens to your lunch). The goal is to crowd out highly processed foods and enjoy more of the nutrients that fuel your body and brain. There’s solid science here: eating nutrient-dense whole foods (think vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, nuts) is linked to better mental health outcomes. You might notice more stable energy and even improvements in mood as you adopt this way of eating. Importantly, we do NOT ask you to count calories or cut entire food groups. Instead, we encourage mindful eating – savoring your meals, noticing hunger and fullness cues, and perhaps journaling about how different foods make you feel. By week 12, many women are pleasantly surprised that their cravings have shifted naturally and they actually want the healthy options (because they feel the difference).

  • Emotional Wellness & Mindset: What sets RESET apart from typical fitness programs is our deep emphasis on emotional health. Each week, you’ll engage in a new mindset ritual or exercise:

    • Journaling: For example, in Week 1 we introduce daily journaling (even if just 5 minutes a day). We provide prompts like “How do I want to feel at the end of these 12 weeks?” or “What am I grateful for today?” Journaling is a proven tool for managing anxiety and stress. It helps you process emotions and track progress.

    • Breathwork & Meditation: In Week 4, we add a simple breathing exercise (like 4-7-8 breathing or diaphragmatic breathing). Taking time to do breathing exercises can lower your stress levels almost immediately. Later, we layer in short guided meditations to cultivate mindfulness and resilience.

    • Mindset Coaching: Throughout RESET, we sprinkle in lessons on topics like self-compassion, body positivity, and habit formation. We might explore concepts like “finding your why,” which helps you stay motivated beyond superficial goals. We address common emotional hurdles – for instance, what to do if you “fall off the wagon” one week (our approach: no guilt, just gentle refocusing).

    • Community Check-Ins: If you’re part of our Membership (optional but encouraged during RESET), you’ll join monthly group check-ins via video call. Here, you can share your experiences, celebrate wins, and talk through challenges with coaches and fellow Resetters. This support is incredibly motivating – it’s easier to stay on track when you know others are cheering you on and holding you accountable

Who is RESET for?

RESET is ideal for women who feel stuck in unsustainable patterns. Maybe you’ve tried intense programs before and burned out, or you’re coming off a stressful period (like postpartum, a demanding job stretch, or just years of putting yourself last). If you crave structure and expert guidance to help you overhaul your habits in a balanced way, RESET is for you. It’s also great if you know you do best with accountability; our weekly check-ins and detailed program materials will keep you engaged. Many participants say RESET worked for them because “it wasn’t just a workout plan; it was a whole lifestyle reset with emotional support.” If that holistic reset is what you need, this program will meet you there.

Results to Expect:

By the end of 12 weeks, here are some changes commonly reported by RESET graduates:

  • Improved mood and mental clarity – regular exercise and stress-reduction practices. Remember, just walking regularly can significantly reduce depression and anxiety.
  • More energy and better sleep – the combination of physical activity and aligning with healthier daily rhythms (like winding down earlier in the evening) often leads to deeper sleep.
  • Positive body changes – weight loss or toning (though we emphasize non-scale victories, many do lose a healthy amount of weight/inches), better endurance (climbing stairs), and fewer sugar cravings as your nutrition shifts.
  • Greater self-awareness – perhaps one of the biggest wins. Women say they finish knowing themselves better: “I finally understand what triggers my stress-eating,” or “I’ve learned how to talk to myself kindly rather than beat myself up.
  • Sustainable habits – This is the ultimate goal. RESET isn’t a 12-week-and-you’re-done fling; it’s the springboard to a lasting lifestyle. By program’s end, you’ll have built routines that are second nature – morning walks, a favourite go-to healthy breakfast, a night-time relaxation ritual, etc. These habits carry forward well beyond the program.
